Complaints and Appeals
SOCRATES Journal is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair process for handling complaints and appeals. Authors, readers, and other stakeholders can report any grievances or appeals related to the journal’s processes or publication ethics by emailing editor@socratesjournal.com
Upon receiving a complaint, the journal will assign a unique complaint number to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up. This complaint number will be provided to the complainant for further correspondence. If you do not receive a response to your complaint within 72 hours, or if you are dissatisfied with the response provided, you may escalate the matter by contacting the Editor-in-Chief at manojdixit23@gmail.com. In your follow-up communication, please include your specific complaint number for reference.
This policy aims to ensure that all complaints and appeals are addressed promptly, fairly, and transparently, reflecting the journal’s commitment to high ethical standards and quality service for authors and readers.
