About the SSIRN Network

The Socrates Scholars International Research Network (SSIRN) is a global online community that connects scholars and researchers interested in Public Administration and Philosophy. Dr Saurabh Chandra, a distinguished academic and the Editor of the Journal SOCRATES, founded SSIRN and currently serves as its Administrator. Dr. Saurabh Chandra holds the position of Assistant Professor (Selection) in the Department of Public Administration at Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia Campus, Sonapur, Assam. He also serves as the Secretary-General of IPSA (International Political Science Association) RC10 – Electronic Democracy and is the Managing Director at the Integrated Policy and Administrative Research Networking Foundation in India. Dr. Chandra's research expertise lies in Urban Governance and E-Governance, and he has published research papers in national and international journals. SSIRN is dedicated to fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among scholars and researchers worldwide. Although it is not formally registered, SSIRN operates through member contributions and strives to become a prominent professional networking platform.
